Dymika Harte is an award winning design and tech entrepreneur and public speaker with a formal education in Graphic Design and Software Engineering.

Dymika has achieved numerous awards and recognitions throughout her career, including the George Brown College Entrepreneur of The Year Award, being a Premiers Award Nominee, and being named City of Toronto Youth of the Year. Additionally, she has won 6 pitch competitions raising over $25,000 in funding, showcasing her expertise in entrepreneurship and pitching strategies.
Humble Beginnings
In 2015 at 18 years old, she founded UNSGND INC, a female-powered design agency that focuses on providing high-quality branding services to small businesses, while also creating space for young women of color to work in the design and tech field. UNSGND INC has grown to work with clients such as York University, City of Toronto, The BDC, Wilfrid Laurier University, and Toronto Community Housing.

As a public speaker and workshop facilitator, Dymika covers a variety of topics, including her own entrepreneurship journey, breaking into tech, building a strong brand identity, personal branding, how to pitch your business, and winning RFP proposals. Her speaking engagements have allowed her to share her knowledge and expertise with aspiring entrepreneurs, students, and industry professionals.
